Ordering

Do you offer consultations or appointments?: No. This is a store. You buy a product; there is no form to fill in and nothing to book.
What if an item needs a prescription?: It can only be dispensed where a valid prescription is on file for it. If one is not, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
Do you ship to my state?: Prescription products can only be dispensed where a clinician is licensed to prescribe them. Any item with that limit says so before it reaches the cart.
Can I pause or cancel?: Yes. Email balenciawellness@gmail.com at any time before the next billing date and we action it the same day. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period you are in.

Why do some items require current bloodwork?: Where a product page says a panel is required, it means results from the last six months must be on file before that item can be dispensed. It is stated on the page before anything reaches the cart.
What does compounded mean?: A compounded preparation is made for an individual patient by a licensed pharmacy. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved as finished products. Where an item is compounded, its page says so in full-size type.

What happens to my medical information?: We hold what an order requires and nothing more. Health-related details are never placed in analytics, never put in a web address, and never sent to Stripe with your payment.
