Shipping and Returns
How orders reach you, and what happens when they cannot.

The sections below are accurate and safe to rely on. The following still require the practice’s counsel, and are listed here rather than left blank so the gap stays visible:

- Return and disposal policy for prescription items, per Arizona Board of Pharmacy rules

Before anything ships
A prescription item ships only where a valid prescription is on file for it. Where one is not, the order is cancelled and refunded in full.
Cold chain
Anything temperature-sensitive ships cold-chain with signature on delivery. If a shipment arrives warm or damaged, contact us before using it and we will replace it.
Returns
A dispensed prescription item cannot be returned once it has left the pharmacy. That is a regulatory limit rather than a policy choice. Unopened supplements and retail items can be returned within 30 days.
In-studio services
Classes, memberships and in-studio sessions are delivered at Suite 209 in Scottsdale. Nothing in that category ships.
